Aventura, with sleek high-rises and luxurious single-family homes, is 12 miles north of Miami and 12 miles south of Fort Lauderdale, smack in the middle of metropolitan South Florida. It is best known for its shopping center, the Aventura Mall, the third-largest mall in the United States.

Aventura is centrally located between both of South Florida's major airports. We are 10 miles South of Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 15 miles North of Miami International.
